Pilates Reformer classes

Popular reformer classes are held on a piece of equipment called, you guessed it, the reformer. This machine is a little like the frame of a bed, but with a moving carriage attached to springs and pulleys.  The reformer’s spring tension can be changed to decrease or increase resistance, resulting in a full body workout that combines strength, flexibility and balance.  These classes are kept small with a max of 6 participants, so you get focused attention in a safe environment.  Michelle teaches Pilates reformer classes at The Pilates Workshop in St Albans.
